Sometimes the body needs movement before it can truly rest.
Harmonic Flow, guided by Jane (Qigong Teacher) alongside Andrew (Sound Therapist), begins with gentle Qigong movement that helps release tension your body has built up over time.
As the muscles soften and the breath deepens, the body becomes more open and receptive.
Gentle sound then weaves into the movement, allowing the body to respond to both vibration and motion together. Rather than feeling separate, the sound supports the movement, and the movement helps the body receive the sound more deeply.
From this softened place, the sound journey deepens, allowing the body to rest while still supported by the effects of the movement that came before.

We begin with calming Qigong to release jaw tension, helping the body soften and settle.
From this softened place, Susanne leads a focused facial ritual to release deep-held tightness in the jaw and face using precise sculptural techniques.
