Jane Green is an Advanced EFT Practitioner and certified Qigong Teacher who has lived with Multiple Sclerosis for over 20 years. She understands first-hand what it means to live and work with a long-term health condition, and the difference simple, practical techniques can make.
Alongside her private practice, Jane volunteers at the Chilterns Neuro Centre, where she regularly delivers Qigong and EFT workshops for people living with MS, Parkinson's and recovering from stroke. This experience means she's used to supporting people with a wide range of needs and adapting every workshop so everyone can take part.
Every workshop combines professional training with lived experience, giving employees practical techniques they can continue using both during the working day and at home, long after the session has finished.
Why Qigong and EFT
Qigong and EFT work really well together. Qigong helps release physical tension through gentle movement, while EFT helps calm the body's stress response. Together, they give employees practical tools to manage stress, build resilience and support their wellbeing, both at work and at home.
Qigong
Uses slow, mindful movements and breath to help the body release physical tension and restore energy. Suitable for all abilities - can be delivered seated or standing.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
A simple tapping technique that helps calm the body's stress response and release the emotional pressure that builds up during a working day. Quick to learn and easy to use independently.

EFT for Stress Management
An introduction to Emotional Freedom Technique - a simple tapping technique that helps calm the body's stress response. Participants learn practical ways to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm while gaining a better understanding of how stress affects the mind and body. No equipment needed. Ideal for groups of up to 15.
Combined Qigong and EFT
The workshop Jane recommends as the ideal starting point for most organisations. Combining Qigong and EFT gives employees a range of simple, practical tools to manage stress and support their wellbeing - both during the working day and beyond. Ideal for groups of up to 20.
