I’m Jane

I have had Multiple Sclerosis for over 20 years and until 5 years ago my symptoms ruled my life. I took medication until my body rejected it and I did everything I could to support myself - I ate well, exercised, researched alternative therapies and managed my energy - which meant missing out on fun with family and friends!

But what no one told me was that my body was holding onto more that just symptoms - it was holding unprocessed emotions and years of unhelpful behaviours that had contributed to my condition.

It wasn’t just the MS - it was everything my body had carried for far too long.

What changed everything for me:

  • learning how to rewire the survival patterns that were running in the background of my nervous system

Here is how we can support your body to support itself.

We start with Qigong because this will start to calm your nervous system, regenerate your energy reduce stress and promote relaxation. Using slow, deliberate movements and focused breathing, it helps calm the ‘fight or flight response’ and shift your body into a “rest-and-digest” state, leading to lower blood pressure, heart rate, and reduced anxiety. We use small, consistent practices to create lasting change in how you move, rest, and relate to your health.

What Living Proof is:

A 12-week personalised 1:1 programme combining gentle Qigong movement with subconscious nervous system rewiring. Designed specifically for women living with chronic or autoimmune conditions who are ready to feel more ease, have clarity, and power in their healing without pushing their bodies past breaking point.

In your first session you’ll learn:

- To understand how to work with your body, instead of feeling like you’re fighting it. I will teach you how to move in ways that energise rather than deplete you so you can rest well and wake up with more capacity.

- Techniques you can do yourself to calm your nervous system so your body can actually receive the care you’re giving it.

Then we begin to gently explore the deeper patterns - the quiet, often automatic responses that may have shaped how your body’s been coping.
Not to fix or force anything…but to start building awareness around the behaviours and responses that may have contributed to the intensity or persistence of your symptoms.

This work it’s about noticing and from there, beginning to shift what no longer feels supportive.

What makes me different:

I’m not just trained in this work — I’ve lived it.

After years of doing everything “right” and still not feeling better, it was Qigong and subconscious rewiring that helped me rebuild my relationship with my body.

I’m an Advanced EFT Practitioner, accredited with EFT International, a Certified ISM Practitioner with IPHM, and a Certified Qigong Teacher with Long White Cloud Qigong.

I combine two modalities most people rarely put together - because they’re unlikely to be trained in both. But it’s this combination that changes everything. And now, it’s exactly what I guide you through inside Living Proof.
